They called me “Special Ops”. I directed multiple, highly effective ministries in two of the fastest-growing churches in America. I became a multi-million-dollar real estate agent and an award-winning interior designer.

I was made for the racetrack just like you, for 200 miles per hour. But something was wrong under the hood.

My once laser-focused, self-starter's brain had become a storm with no peace. I was overwhelmed, anxious, and stuck in a loop of ruminating on problems with no solutions. I couldn’t move. I was so frozen I could barely breathe.
